It said, Government will notify a National Permit Scheme to facilitate seamless movement of tourist vehicles across the country. With regard to toll collection, the government has agreed to put in place a mechanism to ensure seamless movement of transport vehicles across toll plazas with help of technology within six months.

Talking to reporters in Nagpur, Mr Gadkari assured the Transport unions that the government will take positive steps towards their demands.
