Nepal govt appreciates India for providing generous humanitarian support in post earthquake reconstruction programme

The Government of Nepal has appreciated India for providing generous humanitarian support in post earthquake reconstruction programme. 

In a statement Nepal's Ministry of Finance has recalled the prompt support from the Government of India in the rescue and search operation immediately after 2015 earthquake. 

India has released 2.1 billion Nepalese rupees grant towards reimbursement of 1st tranche of housing support to 42,086 earthquake affected beneficiaries in Nuwakot and Gorkha districts. 

The Government of India remains committed to continue supporting the people and Government of Nepal in their full recovery from the 2015 devastating earthquake.
