Gutka case: CBI raids at residences of Tamil Nadu health minister, DGP

In Tamil Nadu, CBI sleuths today conducted searches at the residences of the DGP TK  Rajendran, a retired police officer and the State Health Minister C. Vijayabaskar in connection with the Gutka case. The raids were conducted at around 40 locations spread across the state.

The vigilance department officials questioned the father of the  Minister in connection with a job racket recently. The Income tax department had conducted searches at the residences of the Minister in connection with the Gutka case a few months ago.
