PM Modi hails civil defence organisations and citizens for joining Swachhta Hi Sewa Movement

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has applauded the efforts and participation of Indian Coast Guard, CISF, NCC and citizens in shramdan for Swachhata Hi Seva Movement. 

Mr Modi said, hailed the Indian Coast Guard for pro-actively working towards Swachhata. He said, every Indian will be happy to see shramdaan at beaches.  In a series of tweets, Mr Modi congratulated them for their contribution to the campaign. 

Mr Modi praised CISF for cleaning coastal areas and said, it is a commendable effort by the CISF family. He also saluted the NCC family for their involvement and said this will inspire others to join the movement as well. 

The Prime Minister also congratulated Swachhata activists Afroz Shah, Subhajit Mukherjee, Vineet Kumar and ‏Dr Tapasya Raghav for their efforts towards Swachhata Hi Seva campaign.
