BJP appoints observers to elect legislative party leaders of opposition in Rajasthan, MP & Chhattisgarh

The BJP has appointed observers to elect its legislative party leaders of opposition in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh where the party lost the recent assembly elections. 


Briefing reporters after the BJP Parliamentary Board meeting yesterday Union Minister and senior party leader J P Nadda said, Rajnath Singh and Vinay Sahasrabuddhe will be the observers for Madhya Pradesh. 


Arun Jaitley and Avinash Ray Khanna have been appointed as observers for Rajasthan. Mr Nadda said, for Chhattisgarh, Union Minister Thawar Chand Gehlot and party leader Anil Jain will be observers. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit Shah, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and others attended the meeting.
