Congress President Rahul Gandhi addresses rally at Hailakandi, Assam

Congress President Rahul Gandhi addressed an election rally at Hailakandi district of South Assam today. He stressed that young faces will be given priority in the cabinet if congress comes to power. 

He said that , congress will give priority to reopen Cachar Paper Mill and Nagaon Paper Mill in Asaam for developement of Barak Valley. 

Mr Gandhi also said congress will assure 33 % reservation to women in Parliament and state assemblies. To empower women , congress will assure transfer of Rs 72000 yearly to one female member of eligible family under proposed minimum income guarantee scheme.
