Amit Shah asks Sharad Pawar, Rahul Gandhi to clear stand on abrogation of Articles 370, 35(A)

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has asked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and NCP chief Sharad Pawar to clear their stand on the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35(A). Addressing a rally in Solapur yesterday, Mr Shah said, Maharashtra will be the first state to go to polls after withdrawal of special status to Jammu and Kashmir. The rally was organised to mark the culmination of the second leg of the 'Mahajanadesh Yatra' launched on August 1 by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis yesterday.
Mr Shah also questionned Mr Pawar's contribution in providing financial aid to farmers in Maharashtra when he was a minister in the erstwhile UPA government at the Centre. The BJP President asked Mr Pawar to disclose the works done by him and the funds he had brought for Maharashtra when he was in power.
