Rahul Gandhi accuses PM of doing nothing concrete except PR

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi today accused the Prime Minister of doing nothing concrete since assuming charge except the PR. Talking to reporters after a road show in Delhi in a show of strength ahead of the Assembly polls, Mr Gandhi accused Mr Modi of showing favour to the industrialists and ignoring the poor.

He said his party will focus on the three issues of lower rate of electricity and water, right to shelter, and making temporary workers permanent. Mr Gandhi said, his party wants to hold hands with the poor and lead the nation towards development. Party's Delhi Chief, Arvinder Singh Lovely and other senior leaders accompanied the Congress Vice President in the road show which took off from Kalkaji.

Reacting to Rahul Gandhi’s accusation BJP said that he is in sleeping mode and even not able to realize the works done by the NDA government in the last seven months. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said that the Centre has taken several steps like launching of Jandhan Yojana to connect poor people to economic system and took firm steps in WTO to protect the interest of framers with regard to food subsidy.

He said, the Narendra Modi government also adopted a clear policy with regard to Pakistan and strengthen relationship with countries including Nepal, Bhutan, Japan and Australia. The BJP spokesperson said that the Congress Vice President is unable to see the truth with regards to government's actions.
